These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NeoBuild, a product by Techbilla Software Private Limited ("Techbilla," "we," or "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NeoBuild for your personal or commercial use, subject to your plan level and these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Techbilla retains ownership of the NeoBuild platform, including all branding, design, infrastructure, and intellectual property. You retain full ownership of all code and content generated or uploaded by you using NeoBuild.

User Rights and Usage

• You may use, modify, and distribute code generated with NeoBuild without restriction.
• You retain full control over your applications, workflows, and business logic.
• No attribution, royalties, or license fees are required for use of generated content.

Data Usage and AI Training

We use anonymized data to improve platform performance and train our AI models. Enterprise users can opt out of training usage. We do not sell or misuse your data.

User Accounts and Content

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• You may upload content such as code, forms, files, or workflows; you must have the legal right to do so.
• Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

Plans and Payments

Our services are subscription-based. You can view available plans at out product pricing page. All plans auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are only issued for billing errors or at our discretion.

Priority support is provided to Enterprise and Scale plan users. Contact support@techbilla.io for help.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse the platform.
• Do not use NeoBuild for illegal purposes or to infringe on others' rights.
• Do not create multiple free accounts to bypass limitations.

If you believe content infringes your rights, email us at legal@techbilla.io with all relevant documentation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NeoBuild is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or performance. You assume all risk for using our services.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, system issues, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Techbilla from any claims arising from your use of NeoBuild or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.
